Rush rush rush

Seem like there's not enough hours in the day an old friend I worked for used to say and he was right. I just have to find me twenty minutes to meditate please. Just twenty I'll even take fifteen no five heh just kidding found my twenty now I can go 24 hours no problemo heh amazing try it some time Awesome the power of the spirit yes It's awesome get a book and learn how to meditate it will help you get through the hectic times that life throws at us or you can rush rush rush heh well moving on people slow down enjoy life this is hard to do but plan ahead if you can.
