Company cut backs

I noticed a trend lately and I can't honestly blame the companies doing this down sizing and cutting back after all we do need to survive the future don't we all agree on this. What I dislike is what happened to a company I work for I shall with hold the name because I do need my job haha. We always had nice holidays the old boss bought food for holidays and a gift card for Xmas it wasn't much but very appreciated. Now a new company bought us out world wide and when Thanksgiving rolled around nothing. and then Xmas came and went hey they did give a few gift cards to a few supervisors but not all of them at that. Well this Xmas I fell on the ice and hit the back of my head very hard on the pavement great just in time for my day's off funny the last few day's off I was sick too. Now since I went to the hospital I now have to get cleared by their doctor to come back to work. Oh and by the way my dear company I am getting better. Mistreatment does have away of changing things. Another supervisor had a wisdom tooth problem and he couldn't make it and another employee just didn't bother coming in and one called off uninterested I think more like it ha. For Xmas to hang around people who care more more power to him. My friend called me up he was the only one in the shop because all the bosses took two weeks off at least two guys if they do show up will come in in a few hours but every holiday they have been known to call off too. Funny my friend has been wanting to run a shift for a long time careful what you wish for. Well he got but all by himself I been there done that. It is so hard to not let what others do not to effect you and what we do to make a living. It is just sad when blatant uncaring for ones own employees destroys moral what's next. Well folks hold tight to what's important in these troubled times and think survival when making decisions which effect your income. Don't be manipulated into making poor choices. Family trees

I was looking at my family tree on ancestry dot com last night out of curiosity I was looking for my uncle and I found where he was buried but I also found a man with the same name who died on the same day in the same state just born on a different day. hmm I also noticed a lot of my family had birth days close to each others like a few days apart but different years of course fascinating. Then I looked up my name wow so many and the creepy part some of them even have the same birth dates hmmm I wonder where my social security number has been. Well so far the bank accounts safe haha. You can even find peoples social security numbers in there now that's scary. I spend a little time adding and searching for my ancestors. I have found so many people and I get hints in there which helps a lot. Amazing how large a family is when you can see the branches of your tree spread. Wow I love history but I was really Impressed how big it has grown in just a decade. They have free trials that you can build what you know. I find it a good pass time there is a lot of other family members of mine that have trees of their own. Now they can look up mine and see who there cousins are. It's a small world some times. So many of the Native Indian side has been lost but the Portuguese's and French side was interesting one of my ancestors came up with Cortes he was a lieutenant in Cortez's little group. Another was Mangus Coloradas he was the father in law to Cochise. Rebels, pirates and a lot of good honest people too! Not all bad. Families are fascinating some even have photographs that people have provided. My sister scoffed one time at me needless information but to me it was a whole new world. Hello folks I found years ago a little red book created and written by Susan Hayward published by Hayward books. It is called A guide for the advanced soul. How it works is you think of a question then open this book to any page your fingers feel to open it too. Well once in a great while I peek in this little book out of sure curiosity. Well the snow was blowing pretty good last night and I won't say what I asked but here's what that little red book told me. Wrong number

Hee goodness did I ever dial a wrong number yesterday. Had a problem with the the fuel pumps so I asked the another employee if he had the number to the lady in charge of that department. Well he didn't so I had a old number so I called it then I get another lady on the phone so I politely ask for my friend well this lady went off saying I broke a restraining order and I better tell Bill he just broke it and I was going to end up in court wrong number you think so I said sorry evidently I must of dialed the wrong number. Well ten minutes later another person a male voice is cursing 8 ways to Sunday such profanity on my voice mail. then another phone call this time the lady is back accusing me of being in cahoots with a Frank and plotting death threats mind you goodness don't people have better things to do with their time hee. So I assured the lady that I don't know this Frank or Bill and I honestly dialed a wrong number. I took my voice mail message off and forgot about it well the next day another phone call from a sexy voice the crazy lady is back asking if I'm one of Bills cronies and I better watch my back I chuckled to myself as I read this who's Bill hmm. These people I know the lady I tried to call she likes to hang around bars and bikers and who knows what else at work she is a very nice lady. Hmmm the lower levels do seem to have nothing better to do but sex drugs and rock n roll hee. Goodness living in fear paranoia and just plain old thinking up something evil to do and say everyday well now that's the life haha. I like the simple life my work my friends my grand kids I have no need for bars and don't get me wrong I have a lot of friends who go to bars and who are bikers heck my long hair and beard I look like one too. I don't like drugs or over drinking and I try to stay away from low level evil people as much as I can. Well mister Bill whoever you are good luck with them kooks out there who have nothing better to do with their time to dream up conspiracies.
