The past like a spider sitting in the corner of her fine web! Are you stuck trying to break free as the spider the past crawls ever so closer sharp fangs ready to inject this mind numbing poison that mind consuming madness that won't let go relax don't move let your mind ground you to this earth with three cords one from the spine and two from the feet and envelope your being with a white light open your arms to the heavens and gently push these fine speckles of dirt from around your aurora and send it up and out.
